At Nico Property Solutions, we are Eco specialists installing energy efficiency measures to domestic properties. We can help you via privately paid installations or through funding claims under the government-backed Eco Schemes. We provide services such as Roof and Wall Insulation, First Time Central Heating, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Electric Storage Heaters, and more. Our goal is to help you create a more comfortable and sustainable home for you and your family.
Our Process
At Nico Property Solutions, we follow a simple process, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients. We start with a consultation to understand your expectations and find out how we can help. Next, find out if we can help you obtain funding for your project through the government -backed ECO Schemes or if the project will be paid for by you. Then, we perform a thorough assessment of the property in order to find out what level of funding we can access, or how much the installation will cost to be able to provide you with a comprehensive quote. We then arrange a convenient time for the project to be completed. Finally, we focus on the finishing touches to ensure that your project is completed to the highest standards.
Pre-Installation Assessment
Our pre-installation assessment includes a detailed analysis of your property and your energy efficiency needs. At this stage we work out the current energy efficiency rating of the property to see the potential improvements we can make.
Do you qualify for funding?
This part of the project comes in two stages. The first stage is where we ascertain if you qualify for any of the government-backed funding. Once we have confirmed you qualify, we move onto stage two, which is to calculate the funding we can access based on how much we can improve your energy efficiency rating. Alternatively, if you are funding the project yourself, we move straight to the next step.
Quotation for Privately funded Installations
From our pre-installation assessment we will produce a comprehensive quotation for the project. Once you are happy we can move forwards and arrange a suitable installation date.
